![]() Denver, CO—Carl B. Chudnofsky, a senior executive in the retail business and shopping center industry, has joined The Noerr Programs Corporation as president. Noerr Programs is a leading marketing and digital event imaging company that serves the retail and shopping center industries by delivering remarkable experiences through innovative marketing platforms. Chudnofsky joins founders and co-chief executive officers Judy Noerr and Philip J. Byrne II to lead and manage the company’s strategic growth plan. According to Co-CEO Judy Noerr, “We have known Carl for many years, personally and professionally. He is a creative innovator with a gift for leading and building teams. In the brief time Carl has been working with us, we have realized substantial growth in new business. His senior management experience in the industry is an invaluable asset as we continue to grow our company.” Earlier in his career, Chudnofsky spent many years as a senior executive and board member at Filene’s in Boston, a Division of Federated Department Stores and later at May Company, which was acquired by Macy’s. Later, he joined New England Development to become executive vice-president and a principal of the company. Thereafter, NED merged with the O’Connor Group of New York City, forming one of the largest shopping center management companies in the country, where Chudnofsky was named president of the management company. Prior to joining Noerr, Chudnofsky held the post of executive vice-president and chief operating officer of Prime Retail malls based in Baltimore, Md.
