Christmas arrives every July at The Noerr Pole as dozens of merry colleagues gather from across the country to collectively share their wisdom and learn best practices in the art of being a genuine Santa! Over four days, we take a deep dive into every aspect of Santa’s role, while attendees have the opportunity to form lasting friendships with like-minded souls.
