NOERR's costume facility is known as Santa's Closet. It is housed at the Noerr Pole in Arvada, Colorado.

The behind the scenes organization of Santa's Closet is managed by NOERR's full time costumer who annually distributes, retrieves, maintains, repairs and/or replaces Santa and cast member costumes. NOERR utilizes a conveyor for safe costume storage and retrieval.
